We review publicly accessible websites. For each site we keep the website address, the technical findings of the review, and the business contact email address published on that website. We do not buy email lists and we do not collect personal addresses from registries (WHOIS) or hidden page code.
We use this information to send a single message to the website owner about issues we found and how BuildKitly could help, plus at most one follow-up. This is based on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business.
Review data is deleted after 12 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address or domain on a do-not-contact list so that we never write to you again.
Reply to any of our emails with "unsubscribe", use the unsubscribe link in the message, or write to [email protected]. We act on requests within 24 hours. You can also ask us what data we hold about your site or ask us to delete it.
